What Is Rubber Flooring?

Rubber flooring includes products and systems that use rubber to form the finished surface or one or more flooring layers. The final construction depends on the installation method and intended application.

The floor may use rubber tiles installed as individual units, rubber rolls for continuous coverage, or a wet pour rubber flooring system built on site using granules and binding materials according to the project specification.

Product selection should therefore begin with the application rather than appearance alone: gym, playground, sports court, running track or another sports area. The product, thickness, dimensions, color and required components can then be defined.

Rubber Flooring Factory for Commercial Export Orders

We handle rubber products and flooring components for international markets, defining each order by product, application, quantity, specifications and destination country.

Factory Products

Rubber Flooring Products & Components

We support different purchasing requirements. Some buyers need a finished flooring product, while others require materials used to build a flooring system directly at the project site.

Wet Pour Flooring

Wet Pour Rubber Flooring Systems Built On Site

Wet pour flooring differs from tiles and rolls because the floor is formed at the installation site from the materials specified for the system rather than simply installing a finished flooring product.

A system may include a base rubber layer followed by a colored or finishing layer according to the project design. SBR rubber granules, EPDM granules and PU Binder are among the components used in many such systems.

Wet pour rubber flooring is used for playgrounds, sports areas, recreational spaces, running tracks and selected outdoor applications. Floor construction varies by project, so the application, area, layers and required thicknesses should be defined before quantities are prepared.

Importers and project companies can order components according to the required flooring system and commercial quantities, allowing each material to be considered in relation to its final application.

Choosing the Flooring Format

Rubber Tiles, Rolls or Wet Pour: What Is the Difference?

The choice is not based on appearance alone. Installation method, project area, intended application, maintenance requirements and project specifications determine the most suitable flooring format.

Rubber Tiles

Rubber tiles arrive as ready-to-install units. They suit projects designed around individual tiles with defined dimensions and thicknesses, while quantities can be calculated according to the project area and tile size.

Rubber Rolls

Rubber rolls provide more continuous floor coverage and are used in different applications, particularly gyms and training areas. Required thickness and dimensions depend on the project.

Wet Pour Flooring

The flooring system is formed at the project site using the specified components for each layer. This allows the surface to be constructed according to the project design, colors, area and required system build-up.

SBR Granules, EPDM Granules & PU Binder

When a project uses a wet pour flooring system, selecting the required components becomes an important part of preparing the order.

SBR rubber granules are used in different rubber layers, while EPDM granules are supplied for applications requiring a colored surface according to the system design. PU Binder is used to bind granules in flooring systems that require it.

The most commonly requested EPDM granule sizes range from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm. Other sizes can also be prepared according to order requirements for commercial quantities. This does not mean that one size is suitable for every application; granule size should be selected according to the system, intended use and required specifications.

Before Selecting a Product

How Do You Define the Right Flooring for Your Project?

The best starting point is not price alone, but defining what the project actually requires. Basic project information can change the product type, quantities and specifications needed.

01

Application

Specify whether the flooring is for a gym, sports court, playground, running track or another sports project.

02

Installation Format

Do you need ready-made rubber tiles, rubber rolls, or materials for a wet pour flooring system installed on site?

03

Project Area

The project area helps estimate the order volume and quantities required for each product or component.

04

Thickness

Provide the required thickness when it is defined in the project specification, particularly for tiles, rolls and flooring system layers.

05

Colors

For colored projects, specify the required color or combination of colors according to the flooring design.

06

Components

For wet pour systems, define the required materials and layers or send the available project specification.

07

Quantity

Specify the required quantity or project area so the order can be evaluated on a clear commercial basis.

08

Destination Country

The importing country and destination port, when available, are important details when preparing an export order.

Rubber Tiles

Preparing Rubber Tiles for Projects & Commercial Orders

Rubber tiles are a distinct flooring product and can be selected when a project is designed around ready-made flooring units rather than a wet pour system.

The order is defined according to tile dimensions, thickness, color and quantity. This format allows importers to purchase a finished flooring product prepared for shipment, with the required units and quantities calculated according to project details.

For rubber tile export inquiries, send the project area or required number of units, dimensions, thickness, color and destination country. If every detail has not yet been finalized, send the available information to begin discussing the order.

From Factory to Shipment

Preparing Rubber Flooring for Export

Our commercial orders through this website are intended for international markets. Each inquiry is therefore handled according to the product, specifications, quantity and destination.

A rubber tile order differs from a rubber roll order, while granules differ from the materials required for wet pour flooring systems. We therefore begin by defining the product, application and specifications, followed by the quantity and appropriate preparation requirements.

For projects requiring more than one component, such as certain sports flooring or playground systems, send the system details so the required materials can be identified clearly. When purchasing a standalone product, send the product specifications and required quantity.

Sports Flooring Projects

Material Selection Starts with the Required System

For sports projects, requesting “rubber flooring” without defining the application is not enough. A sports court, running track, playground and gym are different applications, and the flooring construction and required products vary from one project to another.

If the project uses a finished flooring product, rubber tiles or rolls and their required specifications can be defined directly. If the project uses a wet pour system, the layers, materials, sizes and quantities required for each part of the system should be identified.

If a project specification is already available, send it with the quotation request. If the inquiry concerns specific materials only, such as EPDM granules, SBR rubber granules or PU Binder, send the material name, quantity, specifications and destination country.

What Information Do We Need About Your Project?

You can shorten the quotation process by sending a few essential details. Not every specification has to be finalized, but each additional detail helps us understand your requirements more accurately.

If you have a project specification or schedule, send the available details together with the product name and quantity. Distributors and importers requesting a specific product can send their required commercial specifications directly.

Clear Products & Practical Information for Importers and Projects

We present each product by its name, application and role within the rubber flooring range so buyers can identify what they need without confusing rubber granules, finished flooring products and wet pour systems.

For rubber granules and rubber powder, our manufacturing activity is represented as Rubber Granules Factory, while our rubber flooring range covers finished products and system components including rubber tiles, rolls, gym flooring, sports flooring, playground flooring and running track materials.

We also supply EPDM granules for commercial orders involving projects and colored surfaces, together with PU Binder used in a number of rubber flooring systems. Each inquiry is handled according to its own specifications rather than assuming that one product is suitable for every application.

This is particularly important for international projects. An importer may require a finished product for distribution, while a project company may require several materials for a complete flooring system. We therefore ask for the application, quantity, specifications and destination country before preparing the order details.
